The ceramics required for the composite ceramic rubber wear-resistant lining are made of AL2O3. The alumina content must be above 95%. It is a special corundum ceramic material made by firing at a temperature of more than 1,600 degrees for eight hours.
The hardness (HRA) of the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is ≥90, and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of the high chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy material. With 8mm thick ceramic layer, its actual wear life will be equivalent to 50mm thick wear-resistant cast steel.
